One of the main elements of Thai curry is the use of coconut milk instead of oils to stir-fry & to dilute curry paste. Coconut milk adds a wonderful creaminess to the dish & enhances the full flavour of the ingredients.

Stirfried Coconut Curry Chicken
Red bell pepper, long beans, onion, lime leaves with a side of rice. $15

Red Curry (Geng deng)
Thai long green beans, egg plant, basil leaves, baby onion and bamboo shoot.

Yellow Curry (Geng kar ree)
Soft potatoes, sliced carrots and onion, finished with basil.

Green Curry (Geng keow wan)
Thai long green beans, egg plant, basil leaves, baby onion and bamboo shoot.

All curries are served with a side of rice.
